WhatsApp messages sent after hours are answered from 10:00 the next working day, in the order they came in.

BULK AND TEAM ORDERS

Clubs, schools, academies and companies buying for a squad or an office tournament: send the list on WhatsApp, item and quantity, and the date it has to be in hands. We come back inside one working day with a single price for the lot and a delivery date. Printed team kit starts at eleven pieces; the Club, school and corporate kits page has how that works.

BEFORE YOU MESSAGE

• For an order already placed, have the order number ready. It starts SPC and is in the SMS.
• For sizing, send the measurements from the Size and fit page, not a letter size.
• For a fault, send a photograph of the fault and one of the label or the sticker on the box.
• We hold an item for 48 hours on a phone call, no deposit. After that it goes back into stock.
• Returns inside 7 days are requested from your account. A bat that has been oiled or knocked in is not coming back.
