Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT at the rate in force. The figure on the product page is the figure you pay for the goods. Delivery is added at checkout and shown to you before you place the order, not after it.

Website and order-desk prices are the same on the same day. Prices move when the distributor's landed cost moves, so a price you saw last month is not a price we owe you this month. A confirmed order holds its price until it is delivered or cancelled.

A Mushak 6.3 challan is available on any order. If you need it made out to a company name, say so when we call to confirm; we cannot reissue it to a different name afterwards.

What a confirmed order is

Placing an order is your offer to buy. The sale exists when we confirm it. We confirm by SMS or a call to the number on the order, with an order number, after a person has physically found the item on a shelf.

Stock counts are close, not perfect. The website and the order desk sell from one pool, so the same last item is sometimes sold twice inside ten minutes, and we would rather tell you that than pretend the number on the page is a guarantee.

Every order is confirmed on the phone. If we cannot reach the number on the order within 2 working days, the order lapses. Nothing is charged and nothing ships.

When we cancel

Two reasons, and no others: the item is not in stock, or the price shown was wrong.

If it is stock, we call before we cancel. Stock comes in from distributors every week, so the answer is often a two-day wait, the next weight, or the same model in another grade, rather than a refund.

If it is price, a ৳14,500 bat that appears at ৳1,450 is a typing mistake, not an offer. We cancel it, we tell you plainly what happened, and we do not quietly substitute something cheaper. The rule cuts both ways: once we have confirmed at a price, we deliver at that price even when it costs us.

Refunds are settled in cash

  • Cash paid to the rider, back in cash by the rider who collects the return.
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch: nothing was charged, so there is nothing to send back.

Approved refunds are paid in cash by the rider who collects the return. We never refund to a wallet or a card.

Warranty

Warranty on everything we sell is the manufacturer's. We did not make the bat, the frame or the shoe, and we cannot give longer cover than the maker gives. What we do is run the claim for you, because a distributor moves faster on a claim from a dealer than on one from a walk-in.

Phone or WhatsApp the order desk with the order number. The printed slip or the SMS both count. A rider or courier collects the item, we look it over, write a job slip, photograph the item, and send it on the next distributor run. A decision takes two to six weeks, depending on the brand and whether the part is in the country.

We tell you what the distributor said, in the distributor's words, whether or not it went your way. If we think a refusal is wrong we argue it once more. After that we do not replace the item out of our own pocket, and we would rather write that here than promise it now and find a reason later.

What the cover usually amounts to, by category
Bats
Manufacturing defect only: splice separation, delamination, a handle that turns in the blade. Not the face.
Racket frames
The brand's stated period against manufacturing defect, counted from the date on the receipt.
Shoes
Sole separation and stitching failure. Not outsole wear.
Plates, bars and racks
Casting flaws, bad knurl, welds. Not damage from dropped bars.
Strings, grips, balls, shuttles, tape, tubes of feather
None. These are consumables and every maker treats them that way.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear. A sole worn smooth after a season on turf, a grip gone slick, a string bed four pounds down after a month. Strings start losing tension the hour they are pulled; that is the string working, not failing.
  • A bat that has faced a hard ball without being knocked in. Eleven straight grains arrive soft. A leather ball on an unprepared face craze-cracks it and splits the edges, and no maker covers that. Knocking-in is free here if you ask for it. Take the bat away unknocked and the risk goes with it.
  • A racket strung elsewhere above the tension printed on the frame. The range is inside the throat. Pull 32 lb on a 20 to 28 lb frame and it fails at the grommet line sooner or later. We write the tension we pulled on the string label, so a racket we strung can always be read against its own frame.
  • Heat and water. A bat in a car boot in May, leather left wet after a downpour, a treadmill in a closed room with no air.
  • The wrong surface. Turf studs on concrete, indoor court soles on a rough outdoor slab. Wrong-surface wear looks nothing like a defect and a distributor knows it on sight.
  • Anything altered or repaired somewhere else. A new grip is fine. Restringing elsewhere, drilling, sanding a bat face or heat-shaping a shoe is not.
Knocking-in is free if you ask for it. Take the bat away unknocked and the risk goes with it.

Returns

7 days, unused, in the box, with tags and receipt. We check it the day it reaches us and settle it on the same rider run.

What we cannot take back, because it was made for you or cannot go back on a shelf: a racket strung to your tension, a bat we knocked in or oiled, an opened shuttle tube, gum shields, socks and innerwear, and anything printed with a name or number. Custom work is billed as its own line, so you can see which part of the order stops being returnable before you agree to it.

A change of mind travels back at your cost. A wrong item or a damaged one travels at ours, and we collect it from your address.

Fakes

Everything on the shelf comes from the brand's Bangladesh distributor or from our own import, and the invoice for every carton is in the office. Sixty brands and no fakes is a claim we have to be able to prove item by item, in a market carrying enough counterfeit shuttles and stitched-badge jerseys to make the claim worth testing.

If you believe something we sold you is not genuine, tell the order desk. We collect it, pull the batch invoice and the distributor's record for that carton, and send you both. If we cannot show you where the item came from, you get the full price back plus what you paid for delivery, that day, and the rest of the batch comes off the shelf until we understand what happened. You are not asked to prove anything first.

If we cannot show you the invoice for the carton it came out of, you get your money back that day.

The law that applies

Bangladeshi law governs these terms. Nothing written here reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009. Where a line here conflicts with that Act, the Act wins and this page is the part that is wrong.

You can take a complaint to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection as well as to us. We would rather you came to us first. Written complaints get an answer within seven working days. Anything that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of Dhaka.

We are a sports shop with one stringing bench, in Dhaka. Quote this page to the order desk and the person there will apply it as it is written.

In force from 1 September 2026. Applies to orders placed on or after that date, online or through the order desk.
