Sign in with your phone number and the password you chose. The account holds three things: the orders placed under it, the refunds you have asked for, and the addresses you deliver to. The saved list and the bag are not part of it. They live in this browser.

Your orders

Every order is listed here, newest first, with the status it sits at. Open one to see the lines, the delivery charge and the total you pay the rider in cash. A new order waits at Awaiting confirmation until we have phoned you. If we cannot reach you within 2 working days it lapses, and nothing is charged or shipped.

Ordered without signing in

A guest order is not lost. Track it with the order number and the phone number on it, or create an account with that same phone number and the order shows up here.

Refunds

Within 7 days of delivery, open the order and send a refund request: which items, and why. You get a yes or a no the same day during order-desk hours. Approved refunds are paid in cash by the rider who collects the return. Never to a wallet or a card.

Saved list

A hearted product is stored as a product code and nothing else. The list survives a reload, a closed tab and a restarted laptop. It carries no price, so a product that moves in price moves under it without saying so.

Nothing saved yet

Heart anything on a product page and it lands here. Most people use it to park three or four bats beside each other, then read the codes down the phone and ask which one picks up heaviest. Saving reserves nothing.

The bag

The bag holds the product, the quantity and today's price. Free delivery inside Dhaka starts at ৳3,000, counted on the goods in the bag after any coupon, not on stringing or printing. The website and the order desk draw on the same stock, so a line in your bag is not a hold on it.

Empty bag

Quick add on any card drops a line in here. Check out when it is ready, or read it down the phone to the order desk. Stock moves through the day, and the bag does not know that.

What stays in this browser

The saved list and the bag sit in this browser's storage under a single key, which means they are empty in a private window, empty after you clear site data, and not there at all when you open the site on your phone. Nothing in them has been sent to us, so if you phone and ask what you saved, we cannot see it.

The bag is not an order until you check out. If you would rather we knew about it, read it down the phone.

What the phone call adds

• Weigh three bats for you and say which picks up lightest. The bag holds three codes. It cannot tell you that.
• String your frame to your tension, and say no when 26 lb would fold a frame that old.
• Knock a bat in on the bench, including the toe and the edges, which is the part people give up on at home.
• Ask the right questions about your head shape before a helmet ships. A size chart has a number, not a shape.
• Send shuttles from the cold room, not feather that has stood in a window through June.
• Refuse the sale. Studs are wrong on turf, and we would rather lose the sale now than take the shoes back in 7 days.

If the saved list disappears, nothing was lost at our end, because nothing was ever there. Write down the codes for anything you actually want.
